Space Gator — The eclectic jam band raised from the deep roots of South Georgia. Inspired by the nature of bands like the Grateful Dead and Phish, the group deploys a revolving setlist of original music and choice covers, exhibiting their versatility and vast influences. Space Gator’s musical spectrum can venture anywhere between Funk, Psychedelic Rock, Classic Rock, EDM, and Folk. In the past, the band has opened for renowned artists including The SteelDrivers, Underground Springhouse, Ben Chapman, Grandville, and played at notable venues such as the 40 Watt and Georgia Theatre in Athens, and Smith’s Olde Bar in Atlanta.
Now booking for 2026, Space Gator is available for cover gigs and private events, ticketed original shows, festival appearances, and opening slots. We're continuing to expand our reach and bring our sound to new audiences across the region and beyond.
